It could be that the order confirmation has found it’s way into your spam folder. Have a look to see if it’s there. If there’s still none to be found, write to us directly at hello@lovecrafted.ch. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

All of our products are beautifully and lovingly packaged, and therefore make particularly great presents. If you’d like to send someone a a gift directly, no additional gift wrapping is required. Simply change the delivery address.

At the moment we only accept orders via our online store.

LOVECRAFTED delivers regularly within Switzerland at no extra cost. If you’d like to place an order from another country, please contact us in advance at hello@lovecrafted.ch and we will gladly find a suitable solution.

As we don’t yet have a physical store, this is currently not possible.

Delivery Costs will appear before check out. For delivery outside of Switzerland, orders will be subject to additional shipping costs and possible customs clearance fees.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DEFECTS

We do our best to ensure that the products in our online store are photographed as they truly are. If an item still doesn’t meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in the originals packaging.

Once your return has been received and verified, the amount will be refunded within 5 days. This amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please contact us immediately via email at hello@lovecrafted.ch stating the order number and the contents of the package. We’ll make sure to get you the correct product as soon as possible.

From time to time, despite the utmost care and correct packaging materials, things get broken. If this happens, please send us pictures of the broken contents including the packaging to hello@lovecrafted.ch, so it’s easier for us to see what went wrong.

PRODUCTS

All of our products come directly with their designers. They are lovingly made by hand using local raw materials, in small quantities. You can be rest assured that they are authentic products, from which the designers and manufacturers profit directly.

In case of a defect, faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us via email at hello@lovecrafted.ch. In cases of guarantee claims, the manufacturer themselves will either repair the product, replace it with a product to equivalent value, or offer a remuniration at a fair value, as long as it’s not more than the original purchase value of the product. These decisions are left up to the manufacturer.

Would you like to see a certain product in our range? Or are you looking for a bag in another colour, or even a special piece of fabric for an old piece of furniture,? The close relationships we have with our designers allow us the possibility of adapting certain products to our customers needs. Just contact us via email with your query and we’ll do our best to help you.

DIVERSES

Of course! These can be purchased from our online shop. We’ll either send it to you via post beautifully wrapped, or if you’re pressed for time, there’s also the option to print it at home.

LOVECRAFTED uses the SSL method for all transactions. All personal data will be transferred with 128-bit SSL encryption and cannot be viewed by third parties.

PRESS

Under special circumstances, products can be rented for photo shoots, film productions and styling jobs. If you’re a stylist or involved with the media, please contact us via email for conditions and prices, and we’ll get back to you.
